In this role, you’ll help develop and execute S1T2’s day-to-day marketing and communications, while also contributing to market and audience research, campaign strategy, UX thinking, documentation and creative ideation.You’ll work across marketing strategy, content and communications to help build S1T2’s brand, identify opportunities to reach new audiences and markets, and communicate the studio’s work in compelling and effective ways.You’ll be trusted to think critically and work independently, supported through mentorship, and invited into the thinking behind how immersive and interactive experiences are conceived, shaped, marketed and communicated.We’re interested in a two-way relationship too – we’d love to find someone keen to explore new frameworks, platforms and workflows that could expand the way we think, market and work.Sydney-based candidates are preferred, with hybrid flexibility.<h2>Who we’re looking for</h2>We care about how you think, communicate and approach marketing challenges. At least five years of relevant professional experience may substitute for a formal qualification.<h2>What you’ll be doing</h2><h3>Telling S1T2’s story to the world – marketing and communications</h3><ul><li>Contributing to the development and implementation of S1T2’s marketing objectives, strategies, campaigns and programs.</li><li>Producing brand and marketing content across web, social media, awards submissions and other channels.</li><li>Planning and coordinating marketing and promotional campaigns to increase awareness of S1T2 and its work.</li><li>Undertaking market, audience and competitor research to identify opportunities for S1T2’s services and creative offering.</li><li>Analysing market trends, audience behaviours and campaign results to inform future marketing activity.</li><li>Identifying opportunities to reach new audiences, markets and industry segments.</li><li>Maintaining the quality and consistency of the S1T2 brand across written and visual materials.</li><li>Supporting the studio’s external presence, communications and industry outreach.</li><li>Contributing to decisions regarding marketing channels, messaging, audience targeting, positioning and promotional activity.</li><li>Coordinating the development and production of marketing materials with internal creative teams and external suppliers where required.</li><li>Monitoring the effectiveness of marketing activities and recommending improvements.</li><li>Exploring new tools, platforms and AI workflows to support marketing, research and studio thinking.</li></ul><h3>Helping shape the stories we create – research and audience thinking</h3><ul><li>Assisting with discovery, market and audience research, research synthesis and early-stage thinking.</li><li>Contributing to UX thinking, audience journeys and experience framing.</li><li>Applying audience and market insights to help inform how projects and experiences are positioned and communicated.</li><li>Participating in brainstorming, ideation and concept development.</li><li>Shaping and translating ideas so they’re understandable, compelling and usable.</li><li>Working collaboratively with S1T2’s creative and design teams to ensure marketing and communication strategies reflect the studio’s work, audiences and commercial objectives.</li></ul>
